Billion Gen uses GoHighLevel as its primary CRM, automation, funnel, and communications platform. Through GoHighLevel, we manage contact records, automate workflows, send SMS and email messages, conduct calls, and schedule appointments.

By engaging with Billion Gen, you acknowledge that your contact information and communication history may be stored and processed within the GoHighLevel platform in accordance with our Privacy Policy. GoHighLevel acts as a data processor on our behalf and does not use your data for its own marketing purposes.

4. Text Messaging Program Terms (SMS)

Billion Gen operates an SMS messaging program to communicate with individuals who have opted in to receive text messages from us. The following terms apply to all SMS communications.

Program Description: When you opt in to receive SMS messages from Billion Gen, you may receive messages related to your inquiry, including follow-up communications, appointment confirmations and reminders, updates about our AI lead generation services, and responses to requests you have submitted through our opt-in form.

How to Opt In: You may opt in to receive SMS messages from Billion Gen by submitting your mobile phone number through our opt-in form on our website or by otherwise providing express written consent to receive text messages from us.

Opt-Out Instructions: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP to +1 (423) 594-2030. After you send the SMS message STOP to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

Message Frequency: You will receive up to 5 SMS messages per week. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

Message & Data Rates: As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you.

Carrier Disclaimer: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Consent Is Not a Condition of Purchase: You are not required to consent to receive SMS messages as a condition of purchasing or receiving any service from Billion Gen.

SMS Data & Privacy: No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except for aggregators and providers of the Text Message services.
